FAQ

What spray options come with this shower set?
The set includes a 7.5-inch filtered rainfall shower head and a 4.7-inch handheld shower head with 9 modes. You switch between the two using the 3-way diverter.

How often should the filter cartridge be replaced?
The recommendation is to replace the filter cartridge about once every 3 months. How often you need to replace it depends on how frequently you use the shower and the purity of your water.

Will this shower head fit my existing shower arm?
It uses a universal G1/2 thread that fits most standard shower arms. When connecting the shower arm, make sure the hexagonal nut faces the correct direction, since an incorrect orientation may stop water from coming out of the handheld shower.

How do I keep the nozzles clear?
The nozzles are made of anti-clogging silicone. To clean them, you can gently wipe them with your fingers.
